Third-Trimester Morning Sickness

Well this was a surprise, but thanks to Dr. Google™ I was at least reassured it's not all that uncommon. Kinda stinks, but mercifully Vitamin B6 is both safe to take and quite effective for keeping the worst of it at bay – for now at least.

  1. Hi L! K from your prenatal class. I am just entering into the 3rd trimester at 28 weeks and I too am experiencing a small relapse into my nausea. I'm still on the Diclectin and was cutting down my dose to 2 pills/day but I've ramped back up to 3 pills/day because I'm getting all of the symptoms back again - reluctance to eat, stronger gag reflex, certain foods really unappealing. I hope your nausea eases up!
